Returns and exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges once a piece has been delivered. Please check the size and the measurements before ordering, and write to us if you are unsure. We would rather answer a question first than have a piece not work out.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched. Write to us with your order number.
Damaged or wrong item
If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph. We will replace it or refund it in full.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the method you paid with, through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the money.
